Build a Half Adder from Gates
ALUs and hardware counters rely on base-level arithmetic units to process binary addition. This circuit computes the sum and carry out of two single-bit operands without considering a previous carry in.

Constraints
- Use exactly two logic gates: one XOR gate and one AND gate.
- Do not use any additional gates or redundant routing.
