Debug 3:8 Decoder Enable Logic

A 3-to-8 line decoder activates exactly one of its eight output lines based on a 3-bit binary input.

Simulation shows that for input A2=0, A1=0, A0=0, all outputs remain 0. Furthermore, for input A2=1, A1=0, A0=0, both Y0 and Y4 output 1 simultaneously. Inspect the circuit and correct the fault.
