Two-Input AND Gate Using Only Two-Input NAND Gates

Standard cell libraries often restrict designers to a limited set of universal gates to simplify fabrication and layout. The logical AND operation forms the basis of masking and bitwise operations in every processor arithmetic logic unit.

Implement the logical AND operation using only NAND logic. The output Y must be high only when both inputs A and B are high.
