Debug a 7-Segment Decoder
A 7-segment decoder translates a 4-bit binary-coded decimal value into the seven individual signals needed to display a numeric digit.

Simulation shows g = 1 for input D3=0, D2=0, D1=0, D0=1. The segment g output is incorrect for digit 1. Inspect the circuit and correct the fault.
