Hexadecimal to 7-Segment Decoder

Debug interfaces, memory monitors, and embedded displays rely on hexadecimal readouts to represent full byte values compactly. The hex to 7-segment decoder maps a 4-bit binary nibble to its corresponding alphanumeric character, driving active-high segments for digits 0-9 and letters A-F.
