Cancellation Policy

Quick summary: You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops future renewals. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current paid period.
This policy applies to the Codiode Pro Monthly and Pro Annual subscription plans.
1. Cancellation window
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum commitment period for monthly plans. Annual plans may be cancelled at any time to stop renewal, but the current annual period is non-refundable after the 7-day refund window (see our Refund Policy).
2. How to cancel
There are two ways to cancel your Pro subscription:
Option A - Self-service via account settings
- Sign in to your Codiode account.
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
- Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
- You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
Option B - Email request
Email team@codiode.com from your registered email address with the subject line: Cancel Subscription. We will process your cancellation within 1 business day and confirm via email.
3. What happens after cancellation
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
- You retain full Pro access until the end of the current paid billing period.
- After the period ends, your account reverts to the free tier automatically.
- Your account data, problem history, and streaks are preserved; you do not lose your progress.
- You can re-subscribe at any time to regain Pro access.
4. Cancellation timeline reference
| Monthly plan | Cancel any time | Access until end of current month. No charge next month. |

| Annual plan (after 7 days) | Cancel any time | Access until end of annual period. No further charges. |
5. Automatic renewal
Both Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before the renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account settings.
