Business Development

We're looking for someone who can identify and build partnerships with colleges, universities, and companies across India. You'll do direct outreach, prepare proposals, and represent Codiode to academic and industry stakeholders. You'll also help us understand the competitive landscape and work directly with the founding team on growth strategy. This is an offline, in-person role. You'll be working on-site with the team. This isn't a structured corporate internship. Expect ambiguity, fast decisions, and real ownership from week one.
