Shipping Policy

Codiode sells digital products only. All subscriptions and content are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved.
1. Nature of products
Codiode provides online, software-as-a-service (SaaS) products. All purchases on this platform are for digital subscriptions or digital content access, including:
- Codiode Pro Monthly - INR 399/month
- Codiode Pro Annual - INR 1,599/year
No physical goods are manufactured, stocked, packaged, or dispatched by Codiode.
2. Delivery of digital products
Upon successful payment, access is activated on your Codiode account instantly (typically within 60 seconds). You will also receive a confirmation email at your registered email address.
If your account is not upgraded within 10 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us at team@codiode.com with your payment reference number and we will resolve it within 4 business hours.
3. Cash on delivery (COD)
Cash on delivery is not available for Codiode products. Because all products are digital and delivered electronically at the moment of payment, COD is not applicable to any purchase on this platform.
Accepted payment methods include:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and others)
- Credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net banking
- Wallets supported by Razorpay
4. International access
Codiode is accessible worldwide. Prices are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). International card holders may be subject to foreign transaction fees imposed by their bank; Codiode does not control or receive these fees.
